paid (3 times) new premium but nothing happens….

  hi.
  i just paid twice with my credit card the premium for my website http://www.ideal-lab.org but after clicking renew, nothing happens… no email, no new webpage, no “your domain is renewed etc..”
  I tried to pay with my pay pal and it doesnt work either.
  It will be a total catastrophy if we loose our website.

  So please HELP NOW……
