Paid $30 for customization upgrade but I cannot customize

  I paid the $30 a while ago when I was working on a different blog but now, even though it shows the receipt for that upgrade/purchase, when I try to customize my blog it just prompts me to purchase the upgrade and will not let me customize. I need to customize to move forward with anything. Any ideas?

  The Custom Design upgrade is per blog per year. So if you are now working on a different blog, you would have to purchase the upgrade for it as well.
