Hi there!
I noticed that you initially purchased the Explorer plan and then upgraded to a Creator plan. However, when you canceled the Creator plan, it couldn’t be automatically downgraded to the previous plan.
I have manually added the Explorer plan back to your site. You can view the subscription details and add a payment method from here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
Please note that downgrading the Creator plan removed all plugins and custom themes you added, as well as any content added through them. Please view the details here: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/downgrade-your-plan/#downgrade-from-the-creator-or-entrepreneur-plan
Additionally, the site was set into a private mode during the downgrade process. You can set the site to Public or Coming Soon mode from Settings > General (https://wordpress.com/settings/general/)
