Paid a PREMIUM plan and got a FREE PLAN ?

    Hello,

    On the 03/30/2020, I made a payment of 96 euros to start building a website under the name of ‘My little jewel’.

    I payed a PREMIUM plan of 96 euros (I have proof on my bank account)
    But I saw that the work I did on this website has disappeared and wordpress informs me that I have a FREE plan although I payed 2 months ago a PREMIUM plan for 1 year….
    You can imagine my surprise and my disappointment …

    Can I have an explanation?
    How could my plan switched from PREMIUM to FREE when I paid a PREMIUM plan 2 months ago?
    Why did the content disappeared?

    Hi there,

    Can I have an explanation?

    My guess is that you’ve got another account, since I don’t see any upgrades associated with this one. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site?

    If you need more help, could you respond with a link to that site?
