PAID ANNUAL FEE FOR SITE BUT NOT SHOWING UP

    I have bought my domain name and my yearly fee for a personal site. However when I log on WordPress insists on me buying it again! I have receipts in my email. It also keeps wanting me to verify my email.

    There’s a glitch and I cannot even build the site i’ve Paid for. Please help!!

    I think is http://freedombrides.com/ Domain name is active
    As it is landing to wordpress.com landing page.

    Still, I have added “modlook” tag wordpress.com staff will reply to you soon.

    Alternatively, If you have a WordPress.com plan, you’ll have access to priority Live Chat support.

    Hi @freedombrides, it looks like you bought a domain only and a site redirect for a different site. I’m not sure how that happened, but if you don’t mind, we’ll remove the site redirect and apply that as credit, so you can put it toward a plan.

    Do you know which of these plans you had intended to purchase?
