Paid business subscription unable to access live chat

I have a paid business subscription plan. When I log onto my site it says I have no website or subscription. However, if I type in the transaction information to find my bill it says I did pay and then it sends me to my account but there is no payment history. It also says I haven’t create a website. Amazing…I go to my website and it is up and running?

Have you checked to make sure that the account you are logged into is the account you used to buy your business plan?
Also, can you please share the link of the website you are referring to?

The account you’re using to post this (stoyjackie) has no active plan and no sites associated with it. You probably have another account associated with the Business Plan. Can you please give the link to your website, so I can have a look?
