    As I have already paid $2.99 for the domain a few months ago plus i have the financial evidence that WordPress had already got the money from my debit card but it turned out that I could not change the domain name.
    I am here to get the recommendations and solutions as I wish to change from muxercom.wordpress.com to muxer.com

    I see that you have already mapped muxer.com to your account via the WordPress.com Personal Plan. The last step is to change the name servers on the domain over to WordPress.com. That is step #2 listed here in these domain mapping instructions:
