Paid chargeback fee

    Hello,

    I have read several forums in regards to the chargeback fee. I was charged for an annual renewal that I didn’t authorize via Paypal. I have paid the chargeback fee. When will my refund be issued? In addition, I have read your forum with instructions to changing this feature via the site so that no auto-renewal can be turned off. However, the steps provided must be inaccurate! My site doesn’t give me any of these options to change this setting. I will gladly provide screenshots if needed.

    Your refunds were issued today, and there are no more products on your account (since they were canceled and refunded), so you don’t need to worry about disabling auto-renew.
