Hi , I need help… I Paid for a domain to set up my web pag , I paid through Pay Pal. As Yet, Ive not recieved the domain name, just the confirmation email of payment .The site I set up a few days ago, has been wiped clean, there are no pages for it, Just the name. So I have to this re start the design process again. Also its asking me to re- pay for the domain again.Before I can re start the web page.

Gross amount-£19.20 GBPThe problem is that Im not sure as to the email address/login, that was used on WP, to purchase this from your site. ( there has been a mix up, at login with this )
The orignal email, that was probably used for the purchase, has an incorrect spelling in the address line, therefore the confirmation order sent from WP has never been recieved.
When I go to my WP Page/site . The upgrades tells me to upgrade to a package.On one page this appears under the Upgrade/ domain. as ,Your free WordPress.com address is innovationracingcouk.wordpress.com. This domain is incorrect.
When I open another WP page > again under upgrade/domain I then get this:Your free WordPress.com address is topracinginformationcom.wordpress.com. This is the correct name. Then it says is upgrade to a plan , of which I have already purchased.
I do not know ‘how to’ make this link active to go to the actual web site /page.

You mentioned a plan and a domain has been purchased with WordPress.com – can you tell me the plan purchased and the domain please?

The domaine is Not a .com address. Its a co.uk. addres
Im not sure of the plan, It would have probably been the Personal year package at £3.00 pm billed at £36 per year. With a discount added to it, so the final amout was £19.20.

So, I’ve checked the records on our end, and I’ve found that you registered only the domain with no WordPress.com plans. The domain was registered on a different WordPress.com account, not on the @dj14x4 account you’re logged into right now. That’s why you are unable to see the domain or manage it.
Do you know the email address you used on the other account? If yes, you can follow the password recovery steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#password-reset-process
If you don’t remember the email address used on the other account, we can help you log in to the other account so that you can see your domain registration.

But the information you have given is wrong. The @ dj14x4 is a user name, not the email address. Word press should have a copy of that email address. I have rechecked ALL of my useable email address and there is only 1 that has any contact emails on it from WordPress.This is the one that ius being currently used.
As for the purchase. It was the Personal Plan for 1 year, to inclde the free domaine. There was a discount added to the price, therefore reducing it to £19.20.
Question “why would a person pay £19.20 for a discounted domain, then go and purchase a yr plan seperatly. This price would be considerably more. When its cheaper to take a free domaine and add a discounted yr plan in the package, that is being offered by Word press”. As this stands, I would now have to go and buy a yearly plan to host this site, this makes no sense.I know what I paid for.
To add when I log into this account. Under My Sites, I find, ‘Two other named site titles’ , neither of these are mine.:
innovationracingco.uk.wordpress.com
sereneddj14x4.wordpress.com
There is also another site title.This one should be mine although this is spelt incorrectly
topracinginformationcom.wordpress.com
So obviously there is a glitch in this system.
Therefore please can you confirm the user name which this site is being used by, as I have no idea or confirmation email from WordPress.
Please can you also confirm the name of the Domaine that was bought.

It’s not wrong information. I shared only the username. The email address on this account is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
To clarify further, the WordPress.com account you’re logged into right now is different from the one where you paid for the upgrades. The account you’re logged into right now is @dj14x4 with the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff). This is not the correct account where you paid for the domain topracinginformation.co.uk.
