Paid domain not showing in update primary url setting.

I paid for the domain name doubleknockon.com and it comes up as a complete transaction on my paypal account, however when i go to STORE > DOMAINS I am not given the option of updating my primary URL. Only one domain name shows up, which is doubleknockon.wordres.com. Why am i not getting the option to make doubleknockon.com my primary URL?

Hi. It looks like the transaction did not go through properly, as doubleknockon.com does not appear to be registered. I tagged this thread so that staff does what they need to do. :-)

Hi, just got an email saying my registration failed for some reason. I’ve been credited with $25 on my wordpress account to try again. I’ll do that now and hope it work this time. thanks.
