Paid for 3 years domain but they say they're charging my card to renew

    I went to support and found that there was no way to click on it to notify them. It just took me to a page saying limited support. I shouldn’t have to worry about renewing for another 2 years.

    This is the email I received;

    patientsrightsadvocate.com will be renewed automatically.

    patientsrightsadvocate.com is about to be automatically renewed on November 14, 2016.

    You will be charged $26.00 for this renewal in 60 days, on November 14, 2016.

    You don’t have to do anything — this is just a reminder.

    If you don’t want to renew, you can cancel this subscription at Me > Manage Purchases in your WordPress.com account.

    For a limited time, you can upgrade to WordPress.com Premium for only $79.00.

    Do you have the email/invoice/statement when you purchased the domain for 3 years to verify the amount you were charged? According to the whois information for patientsrightsadvocate.com (data about your website domain), the domain is set to expire towards the end of this year. Maybe there was some sort of mix-up at registration.

    Just in general, domains registered through WordPressdotcom/WildWestDomains are registered for 1 year at a time.
