Paid for 5Gb upgrade via PayPal – Where’s my upgrade?

  Hello folks,

  I’m absolutely new to this, so any help you could offer would be appreciated.

  I paid via PayPal for 5Gb upgrade, so I could upload MP3 podcasts … but …

  I haven’t been upgraded.

  PayPal acknowledged the transaction via email, so WordPress have received the money … but …

  I haven’t been upgraded.

  Has this happened to anyone else?

  Is a delay (3 hours) between paying and receiving the upgrade usual?

  There was a paypal problem which we just found.
  Can you send details inc the txn id to Support please?

  We’ll get it fixed quickly.
