Paid for a domain, deleted it and now it”s gone

Hi, huge problem. Just registred a domain I want for my site in a hurry and didn t realize i had another one from back in 2014 in the free version (also on an old email). When I tried to swich to my paid domain to be the main one (next move was to delete the oldone), said to upgrade to a paid plan to do that. Then I thought was a good idea to delete the paid domain to get it on my new main email but wordpress told me it”s already taken now. But it s taken by me. How can I get it back? Please help, that one version it s so important for me. Thank you in advance.

Did you delete the account that the deleted site and domain was under? If not, please post in this thread from under that account and I will look into potentially restoring the site and domain for you.

The account is with (email visible only to moderators and staff) I hurried after searching solutions and written the help post from the secondary account. I have an old free one there and the one that I accidently deleted a .com thank you for help.

As mentioned during the domain cancellation, we cannot guarantee when or even if you’ll be able to re-register the domain. That is because the majority of the cancellation process is outside of our control, and this is true for all domain registrars.
The good news is that your domain is still under the grace period and can still be be recovered by us within the next 2 days. After that, we won’t have any control.
If you would like to do this, I have sent a payment request for the $18 domain registration fee to the email address on your account, since you have already received a full refund.
Once paid, please reply here to let us know, and we’ll recover the domain. Again, this will only be possible for the next 2 days. After that, we cannot guarantee when or even if you’ll be able to re-register the domain.
Once the domain is recovered here, you’ll be able to direct it anywhere simply by changing its name servers: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/change-name-servers/
And, after 60 days (another policy outside of domain registrar control), you’ll be able to transfer it elsewhere: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/
