paid for a domain upgrade; didn’t get it

Hi,
Yesterday morning, I paid for a domain upgrade through pay pal. I got my reciept in my email, and clicked renew, as my domain had expired. Anyway, today, it still shows that my domain is expired. I keep refreshing the page, and it still says expired. Additionally,the upgrade page says I have 0 credits, so I know I used the 10 I paid for yesterday to renew my domain. what now?

You use the support form and send me all details, including the right email address and paypal recpt.

Did you include all of the information that Mark requested? Not trying to be annoying here but it’s a common concern around here that needed information gets left out. In fact, there’s even a FAQ on the subject.

Did you renew the domain name? Not the mapping, the actual domain name?
Please check that without delay.

I didn’t renew the domain name, b/c it costs 10 credits to do that. As I stated, I paid for the ten credits, and clicked renew in the upgrades section of the site. But neither showed up.

Do you understand that if you do not renew the domain name then it’s no longer yours?

You need to renew the domain name as well as the domain mapping as I understand it.

I understand that the domain is no longer mine, but we still need to resolve the fact that wordpress owes me 10 credits that I still haven’t recieved.

To which domain do you wish to have these domain mapping credits applied? The fee is $10 for “domain mapping” if you supply the domain. However, If you wish to purchase a domain as well then you need to pay another $5.
