Paid for a Plan and it expired earlier than I paid for

    I paid for a Business subscription 3 years ahead last year in the spring of 2024. I have been trying to re-ignite my unused time on the website but can’t. I feel very screwed over because I paid for a a service that I am unable to use.

    Worst part is, I can’t get human support unless someone hopefully replies to this forum because I don’t have a ‘paid for’ subscription… yes I do!!!

    Please help. I promise I am nice I am just pissed off because this is not good business practice and I hope someone will have some ethics and help me out. Thank you!

    You previously had the WordPress.com Premium 3 year plan, which you had cancelled in May 2024. After cancellation of the Premium plan, the site was switched to Free plan.
