Paid for a premium hosting package but not being picked up

  I paid for a Premium hosting package on wordpress on 20 Jan – paid the full $96 fee (I have a proof of payment), but it keeps telling me that the amount is unpaid and I can’t work with the site until this is corrected. does anyone have a billing department contact for me?

  I can take a closer look at this for you. Which site did you purchase that premium plan on? Please share the URL.

  I suspect that you purchased it under a different user account from what you’ve used here to contact us. Or, the bank denied the charge as fraud on their end. This is typically the situation with what has been described.

  As staff-zinnia mentioned, the purchase was done from another account:
  inesbuc. You will need to access that account to be able to manage the site durbanbreastcancerforumcoza.wordpress.com with the subscription.

  Where you looking to purchase the subscription for the site durbanbreastcancerforum.wordpress.com, instead?

  If so, do let us know, we can move the plan to the correct site for you.

  I wanted to purchase a subscription for the web address: http://www.durbanbreastcancerforum.co.za (South African based) and then develop the content on a WordPress platform.
