Paid for a theme now want to upgrade to premium

I didn’t realise that my account had to be premium to domain map, last week we paid for a premium theme which would have been included in a premium subscription, is there any way to get a (full or partial) refund on the theme?

Hi, our finance department has brought to my attention that on the day we paid for premium our credit card was cancelled due to a fraud incident.
We’re not sure if the payment has been taken for the premium account or if the refund has been made for the premium theme.
Please could you look into this?

It is both. The payment for the premium plan did process, and we did refund you for the premium theme.
