paid for bundle via Paypal…got a receipt but never showed up on my site

  I paid for the $99 bundle back in Jan when I first started the site but no matter what I do, I can’t access it or use it on my site. I have a receipt showing that I paid for it on Paypal, but the on the WordPress site, it still looks like I haven’t checked it out or paid for it. I can’t see a tech support # anywhere, not sure how to fix this. Anyone?
