  Why is there no specific contact information…. I had a website built for Virgin hair I made the purchase from a company that wholesale hair but with no instructions and i need my PayPal connected to my website just in case someone makes a purchase

  I’m going to dispute with my credit card if you don’t refund the months I’ve been on a “ free account” this is crazy.

  Howdy –

  I replied to the original thread on November 3rd with no further response. See here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/business-plan-107/

  The business plan was purchased back in July and is well outside the refund window. Those plans are only refundable for 30 days. In addition we are not able to process a refund now because there is a dispute in place. You’ll need to wait for your bank to sort that refund for you.

  My complaint is that my account is under free not business below is proof I’ve been paying for business since July and only getting access to FREE WordPress when I paid for business. There is no dispute credit card closed it when you sent them receipt. I just want what I’m paying for.
