Paid for .ca but not receiving it

  I paid for the .ca yesterday and I was emailed a receipt. I worked on my site and made some good progress, making sure to save it. Today it says ‘coming soon’ when I go to my .ca site, and when i login to wordpress, it only gives me the .wordpress.com site. So all my work I did last night doesn’t exist anymore and I’m not getting access to me .ca site that I paid for. I am so confused.
