paid for customization, but wont work

    i purchased the customization add on earlier today and still cannot use it. I have it on my other blog and it works fine, but everytime I go to use it it says i still have to purchase it. It shows active under my account though,

    thoughts? Ideas?

    Log out, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and take another try at it. It could be a cookie issue or perhaps an old file being pulled from the cache.

    I’m so sorry I didn’t find this sooner!

    The Custom Design doesn’t get activated for a small number of blogs, and we’re still trying to figure out the root cause. It seems that a pretty small number of blogs are affected, and it looks like yours was one. I’ve fixed Custom Design on http://livingthroughthelens.com/ for you.
