Paid for domain and Premium plan, asked to upgrade/register if launching website

  I signed up for wordpress and went ahead and got the premium plan as well as registered for a domain. I’ve fiddled with my website and would like to launch it but when I do it asks me if I want to upgrade and only gives me the wordpress url as an option, not the personalized domain.

  When I’m on the “My Site” page, under “Stats” and “Activity” it says “Plan- Free.” Is there a waiting period when you pay using paypal? Under my account billing history is says I purchased and paid for the premium plan and a domain registration and yet there is nothing under my purchases.

  Does anyone know what the issue is?

  Hi @erkaesq, it sounds like you’ve got more than one account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That should give you the access you need.

  It is not possible for me to have more than one account as this is my first time signing up for wordpress. I have signed in and out of my account various times but am not able to use the domain that I registered for.

  That domain has never been registered. Are you sure this is the correct domain?

  According to the receipt in my billing history, yes.

  My order summary has two items and reads:

  WordPress.Com Premium (new purchase)
  Erikaesquivelnet.wordpress.com

  Domain Registration (new purchase)
  Erikaesquivel.net

  My total had been $96 but I used a coupon code.
