It does not look like your domain is registered nor is does the domain seem to have been mapped to a blog here
What is the base URL of the WordPress.COM blog you bought the domains for? How much did you pay?
What do you see at Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History
I will also flag this for staff attention – they can look at history I can’t

@apenrar – It looks like your domain (ambienincident.com) actually expired on 3/16/14. Since it expired so long ago, we no longer control the domain so you will be unable to renew it through WordPress.com. It looks like the renewal you paid for was the $13 domain mapping upgrade, which does not include the domain registration.
Since the refund was so long ago, I can no longer refund the charge. However, I did add $13 in credits to your account that you can use to purchase your domain again following the steps here:

still leaves a 5 dollar fee for registering it – which i paid for this year already – can i get any help with that? otherwise i will have to wait until i get paid next friday to complete

The payment you made this year was for the Domain Mapping upgrade ($13). You can see a receipt for that charge here:

In order to purchase the domain, you will need to pay the extra $5 for the Domain Registration.
