Paid for domain but it’s not working?

    I paid to get the domain back to
    thealicegrouping.com instead of
    thealicegrouping.Wordpress.com after payment it was
    thealicegrouping.com for a few minutes then reverted back to WordPress.com?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    There is no such site as thealicegrouping.com

    There is an thealicegroupinc.com which will revert to thealicegroupinc.wordpress.com if you only purchased a domain rather than upgraded the free site to a paid plan. Did you purchase a Personal plan or higher? With a paid plan you can set the custom domain as the prime domain.
