Paid for domain but still have the free one

  Hi, I paid for my domain back in May but it looks like it has changed to the free one again. I haven’t received a refund so I am a bit confused. Thanks!

  Hi @zachmarz, this is strange: our records show you cancelled the domain shortly after renewing it.

  We could have fixed it back when that happened, but it was fully cancelled since then, and I’m afraid we can’t get it back at this point. :( I’ll reach out over email.
