Paid for email domain and have not received email to activate

  I paid to set up my email domain but did not receive the email to activate my new email address. Where do I go? Can anyone help? I’d hate to pay again and risk this happening again or not getting refunded.

  Hello @ashbywatts –

  I can see that you did purchase the Google Apps upgrade. Could you do a global search in your email for that confirmation email, using the terms “wordpress.com” or “google apps”? Sometimes those emails tend to get put into spam or social folders.
