Paid for Explorer, didnt get anything

I paid 116 euros for an annual subscription to Explorer, but I did not receive the features included with this subscription. I have evidence of the purchase as the 116 euros were deducted from my bank account. I intended to reach out to the live chat support to resolve this issue; however, I am unable to do so because my account indicates that I can only access live chat with an active Explorer subscription.
Now, how can I contact them to address this matter, given that I have paid for an Explorer subscription but have not received the corresponding benefits? I am unwilling to purchase another subscription solely to access live chat support.

It appears you have since canceled the WordPress.com Explorer plan and got refunded. As a result, all three of your sites are now on the free plan.
