Paid for full sight can’t find it

  I signed up for another WP with all the bells and whistles on Wed night of this week. Can’t for the life of me find it so I can set up a web page. When I log in it sends me here but I don’t know what to do next. Need this site set up today/night. For now will just be single page with two links. Help!!
