  I didn’t know that I could not call a simple JS tag in my site, I had subscribed for a year and cancelled immediately, yet I was offered only a partial refund. It should not have cost me ~$20 to never even have a live website. Is it possible to get the rest of my fee refunded?

  You only received a partial refund because you started to transfer your domain ashley-hays.com here.

  I can refund that as well, but I’ll need you to confirm you did not initiate the transfer on GoDaddy’s end.
