Paid for membership but still getting error message

I have paid for a membership so I can get live help but am still encountering the same problem even after I’ve upgraded my membership —- when I click om the tool bar on the left side as I try to insert an embedded code for a YouTube video I would like to include in my post, it defaults to an error message. I click back om the upper right corner to go back to the draft to resume but it just keeps doing the same thing every time I try to access the tool bar.
