Paid for No Ads — seeing inline ads

I have paid for the No Ad upgrade for my blog. It shows as ACTIVE on my dashboard. Yet, I am seeing inline ads – those with the double underline in green. It’s very annoying. Can you let me know why they are showing up when I’ve purchased No Ads? My domain is thespinninguniverse.wordpress.com or thespinninguniverse.co. Thanks.

We do not run ads of the nature you have described.
Please note that it’s possible for ads to appear in your browser that were *not* placed there by WordPress.com. These ads are sometimes caused by malware or a virus, but more often it is due to a browser extension or toolbar that you may have installed in your browser.
