Paid for Personal plan but coming up as free account- assistance needed

Hi! I have signed up for a personal account but it is coming up as only being a free account ??? I want tech support or live chat access but can’t as it’s not recognizing me as a paying customer… i want to redirect my paid domain name or cancel it all together.

Hi! Is it possible that you have more than one WordPress.com account? If so, be sure to log off and log into the account that was used to purchase the upgrade plan. If that’s not the case, add “modlook” to the tags of this forum thread to let WordPress.com staff know that you need assistance with this issue.

I can see two separate sites. A free site at frankijulesmourablog.wordpress.com/
and site with a paid domain at
frankijulesmoura.com/ (which is mapped to frankijulesmouracom.wordpress.com)If both sites are under this same account, you should see them at My Sites at https://wordpress.com/sites

I am new to this and use to have another site linked to email (email visible only to moderators and staff) which kept trying to swap in and out from. I deleted it and in doing so I also deleted the newly paid domain frankijulesmoura.com which was mapped to frankijulesmoura.wordpress.com – but on my end it only shows up as me having ONE active site, the frankijulesmourablog.wordpress.com, which I created AFTERwards in the hope that I could remap it to that site (seeing as I stupidly deleted the free site I bought the domain with.)
Now my question is, how can I use my domain now? I don’t care what free site it falls under…
I also can’t access any live chat options to help me :-/

Let’s wait for Staff to reply to this thread and help you sort this out.
Live chat is available 24/5 (Mon-Fri) and limited on the weekends. If someone is available to chat you’ll see it here, https://wordpress.com/help/contact as long as you are logged in with the account that purchased the upgrade.

Hi @frankijulesmoura, you didn’t delete the other account, and I’d advise against deleting it.
Can you log out and log in as that other user?
