Paid for plan – benefits disappeared

We have paid for a Business plan – full year (£240) since July this year. I contacted support to delete the website we had but it seems to have cancelled our plan too. I’m wondering how we can reactivate our plan since we’ve paid for a year! Thanks

It is possible to reverse a site deletion for the first 30 days after a site is closed.
Let confirm it with the staff

That’s correct — deleting a WordPress.com site also removes active upgrades.
I’m wondering how we can reactivate our plan since we’ve paid for a year!
Would you like me to reverse the deletion of testhazel.wordpress.com and restore the Business plan back to that site? Or would you like me to restore it to a different site in your ivcdigital account?
Also, do you want to continue using the custom domain testhazel.site? You mentioned not needing it when chatting to our Happiness Engineers so I just wanted to check whether that is still the case.
