Paid for plan upgrade- account showing 'free'

Hi,
I paid for a plan upgrade and I was continually getting a red error box. Then there was a pop up that stated they would be emailing me because of a billing issue and not to try again ( I did not try again). I have not been emailed but my credit card has been charged and my account still says I am on the ‘free’ plan! Please help!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

From what I can tell, it seems you requested a refund on the plan. Would you like to try again? It should work fine now.
