Paid for Premium But Don't See It

    I paid for premium site last night, got the receipts and verified all the emails. How long does it take for the fact I have paid to show up in the ‘My Site’ section? It is currently telling me I have a free plan and asking if I want to upgrade. Also under ‘Manage Purchases’ there is no record of my order.

    Hi there,

    You might have multiple sites, can you login and select the appropriate site which you’ve registered.

    I am also tagging modlook to this thread, so one of the Staff or Happiness engineer can check your upgrades.

    If you have upgraded your account to any of the plans, you might see the notification (claim your free credit which you can use to get a custom domain which is without ending extension .wordpress.com or Map the domain if you have registered elsewhere.)

    I checked your account that you are contacting us from and there is no history of any purchases under it. Do you happen to have another WordPress.com account that you may have purchased the upgrade under? The account that you are contacting us from is only 5 days old, so that is a possibility.

    Hi Darnell, and OP and others.

    This is my situation at the moment.

    I have paid for Premium, I own my own domain via Godaddy, and I would like to receive the product that I have been billed for.

    A ticket is open, but given that there is a 24-48 hour waiting period this does not help me in the slightest as I need the site to be live by start of business MONDAY 2nd October.

    I have everything I require, I have paid my fee, but I am not able to get past the insistent “UPGRADE TO PREMIUM” tab.

    Please solve this problem before close of business tomorrow, Friday at the latest, or I will be going elsewhere to host my site.

    I will also create a new thread specific to my case.
