Hi there, do you still need help with this issue?
If jostanford.com still needs assistance, please log in with the username account that purchased the upgrade and then post in this form for direct support by our Happiness Engineers: https://wordpress.com/help/contact
If the form says it will be routed to either an expert user or the community forums, please add the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section of this forum thread sidebar for Staff attention.
If the menu bar has disappeared from your site at wayoftheworlddotcom.wordpress.com it may be a browser issue. Have you tried logging out, clearing your browser cache and cookies (which will also log you out of every other site you are logged in to) and then shutting down and reopening your browser. Alternatively, try with a different browser. If that doesn’t make the menu bar reappear, then please try the other suggestions in this support guide to browser issues: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
Regardless, if you did not register the jostanford.com website here, in order to gain access to it to customize it your account will need to be invited as Admin on the site.

Hi 1234db,
My Partner Joanna stanford signed up for premium but her website is showing free
As @justjennifer mentioned, we’ll need Joanna to contact us for help with jostanford.com. Either through the contact page in her account or by logging in and replying here.
I cannot access are website because the men bar on my site has disappeared also i have no customize button
The 1234db account you are logged in is not a user on jostanford.com — therefore you won’t be able to access the site from My Sites.
Once Joanna has contacted us, we can look into what is happening.
Thanks!
