Paid for Premium, but not applied to account

I purchased the premium plan for $96 on Sep 6, 2020. However, my account does not reflect any plan at all. Please assist in making sure I am able to receive what I’ve paid for.

You’re likely logged into a different account.
Have a look at the email address to which the receipt was sent and use that one to access the account.If you’re not sure which email was used, you can search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.
