Dear Magic Robot,
I can assure you it was not on purpose, I tried to link them, I didn’t know there was a set way to do things? I logged into the email that was originally used and it takes me straight back to Cirrus, very confusing. – Thus I cannot recover my account.
Should I cancel and refund on my domain and start again?

Its not a great idea to cancel if you really need to use your custom domain in the future. Anyway you can’t cancel and refund if you can’t reach the account that owns the domain and paid plan. You need to log out of this salesaa7de5dea8 account and log back in to the correct account. Do you have another email address you may have used? Follow the account recovery instructions linked to in the other thread (It is better to keep all communication in one thread so as to not complicate matters even more).
