Paid for premium but the plan is not showing in my account

I purchased the premium plan for my blog. My card was charged but my account has failed to reflect any purchase history; I currently only have access to the free version. I have tried clearing the cache and logging out and back in, nothing has worked. I never received an email receipt from WordPress.

I see https://theskinarchive.com/ as well as theskinarchive.wordpress.com so you appear to have two sites and two different accounts. Can you log out of this “free” account and log back in to the correct account associated with your paid plan.
