Paid for Premium: Got "Free" version. Paid for a lot of other things as well…

This is my situation at the moment.
I have paid for Premium, I own my own domain via Godaddy, and I would like to receive the product that I have been billed for. I also paid to have my URL remapped to my own domain but I can’t do that either.
The control panel keeps insisting that I haven’t paid for Premium, yet as you can see RECEIPT FOR PREMIUM I have received the bill, and my bank statement confirms the payment.
A ticket is open, but given that there is a 24-48 hour waiting period this does not help me in the slightest as I need the site to be live by start of business MONDAY 2nd October.
I have everything I require, I have paid my fee, but I am not able to get past the insistent “UPGRADE TO PREMIUM” tab.
This is quite disheartening to be honest.
Please solve this problem before close of business tomorrow, Friday at the latest, or I will be going elsewhere to host my site.
I will also create a new thread specific to my case.

I also wish to state that I want the site URL to be just the domain name, not have WordPress included in it.
