  i purchased a website but its showing up as a free package but i paid for it (premium) however its not giving me the premium package either

  No nothing is showing the web package I purchased for£85 months ago is coming up ad free and I can’t access the premium features. Why is this and how can it be resolved?

  I think you may have made this purchase under a different user account since you are not seeing the site listed at the above link. That is where you are gong to find your purchase listed once logged in to the correct account.
