Paid for premium plan, but no access to options we paid for.

  We ‘ve paid for an upgrade of our website, we changed from a free plan to a premium plan, however we still have no access to the options of the premium plan. Following the settings of our site the subscription of our site is still a free. How long does it take for WordPress to upgrade your site? Is it a couple of minutes, hours, days? I can never found some indication about that.

  Dear Gemma,

  The link of our site is: allfitfood.wordpress.com .
  We see at our bank account that the money is transferred to WordPress.
  However at our site we see that we have still the free plan… Can you update this for us as soon as possible because it is unfair that we already paid for it, but nothing changed…
