Paid for Premium site, but site only shows FREE.
-
Yesterday I purchased a premium plan WordPress site covering 2 years, along with a domain name for 2 years, for which I have a bank receipt.
I recvied an email from WordPress.com saying ‘Congratulations! Your domain name is ready‘.
But when I enter the wordpress site for that domain, it only shows as a free site for a different domain name.
Becuase it shows as a free site, I can not access help, as that it seems, is only for members with paid sites, even though I have a receipt for paying for a site.
I raised a ticket, which said someone would contact me within 24 hours, but as yet, this has not happened.
How do I get this sorted?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your domain https://a2bs.co.uk/ shows your site is running on the wordpress.com platform. https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/https://a2bs.co.uk confirms this.
Clearing cookies and your browser cache should solve your issue.

Nope. Didn’t work.
Even tried logging on using a different device.
Still shows FREE, and when I check WHY WAS I CHARGED, it says FOUND IT: The charge was for: WordPRess.com Premium (formerly WordPress.com Explorer)
a2bs.co.uk
But when I click View Your Reciept, it says it’s not found!

You appear to have two different sites https://a2bscouk.wordpress.com/ and a2bs.co.uk
Have you perhaps accidentally made two accounts here and the site with the custom domain is found at the other account?
