    Hello!

I’ve added modlook tag to bring the staff’s attention to this thread.

In the meanwhile, if you have more than one blog, please check for which blog you bought the Premium plan. The reason I mention this is that Premium and Business plans are bought per blog, not per account and it might be that you are viewing another one of your blogs which is on Free plan.

In any case, staff should assist soon. Thanks for your patience!

  • Hi there,

I can see the Premium Plan, a domain registration and Google Apps on your site at pickmoredaisiesdotnet.wordpress.com

What exactly is it that you want to do that does not appear available to you?

    Hi,
Its ok, its working now- it hadn't accepted the first payment.
One question though, we're trying to work out where to send and receive emails using the email address we've set up. Can you help?
    Thanks

  • You should have received an activation email from WordPress.com with temporary login credentials for your new Google Apps account. You need to log in via the link and using the password in that email. Once you do that and accept Google’s terms and conditions, you’ll be able to manage your emails via any Gmail app or the Gmail website.

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please be sure to search your spam folders and any filters or labels you may have created. If you have a Gmail address, please refer to this support page with instructions on how to find missing emails when using a Gmail account:

    Gmail Issues

You may also want to do a global search of your email using the search terms “WordPress.com” or “Google Apps.”

If you’re still unable to find the activation email, please let me know and I’ll be happy to investigate further.

    Hi there,
We are still having big problems with our email. I have spent hours on forums and trouble shooting pages to no avail.
Our email address should be (email visible only to moderators and staff)
I tried emailing it from my personal account and had a mail delivery failure message as the address does not exist.
I originally followed all of the steps or so I thought. I received the google apps email and followed the steps but seem to have trouble setting it up and signing in. I have another gmail account and google apps is sending me round in circles- no passwords work, the one we chose, then I set a new one in case there was an issue.
Very confused and in dire need of help please. Please do not send us to a forum as we have tried this. Please can you check our account has been set up correctly?

    Thanks!

  • Hi there,

First, it looks like your domain wasn’t properly verified. We’ve fixed that for you.

Next, can you please log out of all Google accounts on your browser, and then try logging into your Google Apps account again. You still need to log in and accept Google’s terms, as described in that support doc above, before your email will work.

You mention having changed passwords. If you don’t have the correct password for your Google Apps account anymore, let me know so I can help you reset it.

    Hi there,
something isn't right still. How do I log in to my google apps account with my new email address?
I logged out of my personal gmail account, went to google apps and entered my email address (as it asked to add an account), it then wanted a password, but we haven't set one up.
I then went into google apps again and it asked me to enter the domain name which is http://www.pickmoredaisies.net- this lead me back to the same page- add an account, no password (I tried using our wordpress password but this is not accepted). Am I doing something v wrong?
Please kindly send me the link to the correct page with the terms and conditions etc and a step by step guide to what I'm meant to do. Nothing works so far.
    Many thanks,
    Lisa

Actually, I don't know what the heck I've done but I'm in!!

  • You account still shows as inactive in the domain manager, so please make sure you’ve accepted Google’s terms after logging in.

Just in case, the password you must use for the first login to that account is the one we sent you via email. That email also contains a link to the page where you have to sign up.

    The step-by-step guide is here:
