Hi There, I purchased Premuim a few months back (or so I believe — and my credit card DID get charged) and now I am getting ready to get started, but your site keeps asking me to purchase premuim. Can you see my account and what the problem is? Many thanks!

You did indeed purchase the Premium upgrade. I do see this in your account. The transaction was successful, so you shouldn’t be asked to buy it again!
Could you tell me if you’re asked specifically to buy Premium, or if you’re given the following message:
Tip: Get more readers by upgrading your current web address, sunhand.wordpress.com, to a custom domain name like sunhand.me.
A custom domain name makes your site easier for people to find, makes it look more professional, and it lets you personalize your site with its own, unique web address.
If the latter is the case, our system is urging you to register the domain name that is included with your Premium package.

I think I may see the problem. You purchased the Premium upgrade for your site, allovertheplacedotco.wordpress.com, not sunhand.wordpress.com. Had you intended to add it to the other site? If so, I can move it for you. Just let me know on which site you’d like your upgrade applied.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I thought that it was for allovertheplaced.wordpress.com (not sure where the dotco came from…Although reasonably sure that was my error, as I am stumbling through the beginnings of this all!) BUT I also thought that I was all linked together. I am looking to start a blog called All Over The Place — how do you suggest I best proceed? Thanks so much.
