Paid for private registration and my site is still not up after 10 days

  I paid to register my site and my site still only comes up with the .wordpress.com URL. I have been charged, but WordPress is still offering me to register the site as if I did nothing at all! I’ve notified Support twice now with no response. What am I supposed to do?
