Paid for service- still asking for payment

  I need help! I paid for the personal plan on 10/22 and now am able to add my own domain however, when i go to finalize my ‘checklist’ its also asking me to pay for the plan again. I cant seem to figure out why the dashboard theme looks different then i’m used to.

  Hi there,

  For what site did you pay for the Personal Plan? The account you’re using to post here owns only one site, http://episode1ofcom.wordpress.com, and that site is on the free plan.

  You have never bought any upgrades using this account, and we have no credit card information on file for you. If you had you’d be able to see both a receipt for the purchase and your stored credit card info at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  If you bought an upgrade for a site that belongs to a different account, please make sure you are logged into the correct account that owns that other site.
