Paid for site

    I hired a website designer and my WordPress is included in my package. I am not a technical person and I believe I bought something outside of my designer’s inclusion. I don’t want to have paid for something that I do not need. My payment was $540. Would someone please help me with this?

    Hi there,

    The $540 purchase was for the eCommerce Plan and you canceled and processed a refund for that subscription back on 12/2. So, that subscription is not active under your account. I also do not see any active upgrades. To view your purchases and receipt, please visit your billing page. https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    Since your site https://mysticnotesjewelryco.com/ is not hosted with us, you’re right, the eCommerce Plan was not needed.
