Paid for something I haven’t received

Hi,
I checked my account and see that I’ve been charged with 360NOK (ca. 36$). I was looking at the options for creating a site I will collaborate with others on, but as I saw that the name of the domain was not the one I intended to buy, I opted out. It concerns credimusco.wordpress.com it appeared to me in looking at the options that the domain would be credimus.co, that is without the addendum of wordpress.
I will be buying a domain from you, WordPress, but this was the wrong one. I ask that you refund the 36$ for this month and cancel that domain, and then you will have a customer for a long time, as I am searching for a website for our already existing magazine.
