Paid for subscription

  Hi I paid for subscription but after many errors with the site, i decided to cancel and re-start everything again. Well, i have paid but now i dont know if i will receive a refund or if i can continue with the subscription. Please help

  I’m happy to help. Do you plan to continue using the same domain? noverhealthy.recipes

  When you cancelled the personal plan we processed a partial refund. The domain portion has not been processed yet.

  Once we know if you want to keep using that domain – or would rather cancel it all together – we will process the refund or restore the domain to the account.

  That was the problem, I wanted to change the name and re-start the account with
  nover.healingrecipe
  but it appears that i have been charged and i dont want to pay twice.
  So I rather you cancel and i start a new domain once is all set up and ready, or transfer the payment to my new domain if it can be done

  Hi @noverhealingrecipe, since you’re planning on re-purchasing then, I’ve added the money as paid credit rather than processing the refund.

  That way the money can immediately be applied toward your new purchase. Or, if you’d rather have us refund instead, let us know. It can just take several business days to process fully.

  Hi
  I could see the credit initially but once i introduced my card details it gave me an error. I tried again but the added credit had dissappeared and it requested the full amount.

  Could you please resend the paid credit?

  Thanks, but im finding wordpress too complicated for my knowledge. COuld I have a refund?

  Your payment attempt when you tried to upgrade again was blocked by your bank or credit card company. That’s why it’s not working.

  I’ve refunded the remainder of your payment as requested, but there’s nothing we can do if your bank doesn’t allow us to charge your card again.

  Thanks by your support. I have decided to cancel completely my subscription with wordpress, as there has been too many difficulties.

  A refund was sent on 5th November 2018 and there confirmation of this in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement but international refunds (to banks outside the US) can take a little longer.

  We’ll be sorry to see you go but we’ll be here if you ever want to give WordPress.com another try :)
